
This is the second, revised edition of my first cookbook, a collection of Korean recipes from my first 18 YouTube videos and published in 2008. All of them are delicious and I include full-color pictures of ingredients so you can bring this book with you to the market and buy the exactly what you need.

This book was designed to accommodate two considerations i.e. budget and nutrition. Nearly 80 recipes from 11 states were submitted for this year’s contest. Due to the great response and the excellent recipes, our selection committee had a difficult time choosing the winners (listed below). Unfortunately, not everyone could win, but we have published all the entries in this cookbook, including one favorite recipe from Chad Brodkin, the executive chef of the Depot at Dietrick.

The perception that thin people are healthy people could not be further from the truth; though in contrast fat people are really mostly unhealthy people are quite true. Therefore in order to be healthy and stay healthy one should really concentrate on the nutritional value of the foods being consumed rather than the amounts. Better your health here.

First published in 1909, this is a detailed, illustrated recipe book containing two works: Chocolate and Cocoa Recipes by Maria Parloa, and Home Made Candy Recipes by Janet McKenzie Hill. Janet McKenzie Hill (1852-1933) was an American author, she introduced the baked bean sandwich as a "substitute for meatless cooking".
